4 Common Scoring Mistakes

Avoid these and your score becomes a real diagnostic instead of a feel-good exercise.

MISTAKE #1

Scoring generously

A 2 scored honestly is more useful than a 4 scored kindly. Verify each score with real data, not gut feel.

MISTAKE #2

Skipping Edge-Ready because the demo runs on Wi-Fi

Demo day uses fiber. Real customers are on 2G in a market. If your AI doesn't degrade gracefully, score honestly.

MISTAKE #3

Confusing translation with native

Translation through Google Translate is not native. Native means trained on the language, with cultural fluency. Don't conflate them.

MISTAKE #4

Thinking transparency means logs to engineers

Real transparency means the customer understands the decision — in their language, in plain words. Not stack traces.
